Why “Satan Hates My Home Group?”
Visiting a pastor from San Diego, he reminded us that the enemy wants to render us powerless in the faith that Jesus has given us. The devil has several strategies:
- Sin / Addiction
- Makes Faith complicated (get us off our goal of following Jesus)
- Keep us isolated
- Bad company corrupts good morals (1 Cor. 15:33 – addressed to adults)
Our Goal: Get everyone to take their next step into a their journey with Christ.
In order to have a healthy spirituality one needs to be in Christ-like relationships. How connected are you to people?
Heb. 10:24-25 “Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another – and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
