My Responsibilities @ Grace:

Most of my responsibilities focus on four areas:

• The oversight and leadership of our staff and leadership teams
• Relational discipleship and pastoral counseling
• The oversight and management of our church operations
• Helping to shape and protect our philosophy of ministry with strategic planning and direction.

My Passions in Ministry:

I'm passionate about the idea that our church community is a ‘family’ – faithfully committing ourselves to one another as authentic followers of Christ who love one another well and seek to treasure and serve the Lord.

I'm also passionate about fostering a leadership culture within our staff that values faithfulness over success, organic ministry over programs, and dependence on God over man-centered ambition.

A little more about me:

Nothing fills my tank more then my family and friends and walking through life with them…Monday mornings at Crystal Cove is enormously formative for me…Arguably the most influential Christian book I’ve read: Desiring God by John Piper…Random trivial pleasures: loving my VW bus, an elusively good cappuccino, iTunes, Pandora Radio and Amazon.com.
