LEADERSHIP

My Responsibilities @ Grace:

I oversee and administer the financial portion of Grace.  From collecting, depositing and accounting for all donations made to Grace, to making sure all bills are paid promptly, I manage the reserve balances and provide financial oversight to the Board of Elders.

In addition to this financial responsibility, I have recently taken over the communications direction at Grace.  I produce the weekly Sunday morning bulletins, make sure the website calendar and home page are up to date, and provide assistance to each staff member in the area of communicating with the groups they minister to.

My Passions in Ministry:

As an accountant by trade, I am a bottom line person with an attention to detail.  I am passionate about Grace being a good steward of the financial gifts it has been given.  God has blessed Grace with wonderful resources and remembering that all we have is His, gives direction to all I do here.  Also, I believe it is important to be clear, direct, and thorough in the way Grace communicates to its members and the world.

A little more about me:

God grabbed my heart at a young age, but He continues to impress upon me how much I need Him and can't live without Him.  I have been blessed with an amazing husband in Scott, and two incredible children, Catherine and Benton.  Every age my kids have gotten to has been my favorite, and there is not a lot I enjoy more than spending time with my family.  I love to cook, entertain, travel, read a great book, and spend time with my wonderful friends.
