OVERFLOW Retreat: Winter Edition
You don't want to miss out on this years 4 day OVERFLOW JH Winter Retreat. The JH youth group will be staying in a big cabin located on the ski slopes of Snow Summit. Please read below for exact details, but SIGN UP!!!

We are doing things a little differently this year.
First, we are doing a flat rate, which includes:
- Food
- Lodging
- Charter Bus Transportation to & from Big Bear.
- Saturday Lift Ticket for All Ages
- 1st EVER OVERFLOW sweatshirt!
Schedule:
- Meet at Grace on the 17th @ 12pm.
- Pick-up will be @ Grace on the 20th. Estimated time of arrival: 5pm.
Rentals NOT included: We reccommend that you rent down the mountain if needed. It saves money and guarentees that you will have them.
Housing Details:
Like last year, we will be staying in one cabin, directly on the slopes of Snow Summit, which allows students to ski in and out easily.
You don't have to Ski or Snowboard:
Many student don't ski or snowboard. You don't have to ski or snowboard when coming on this trip. The house is right on the slope so many students in years past just hang at the cabin, make snowmen, have snowball fights, jacuzzi, and go sledding. If you want to ski or snowboard for the first time there are leaders available to give lessons.
Attached is Grace's liability release form that must be filled out before going on the trip as well as the packing list for the trip.
