As we usher in a new year, we would like to take a moment and welcome some new additions to the Grace Fellowship Church family.

Congratulations to Jon and Robyn Gundlach and their daughters Ashley and Taylor, who welcomed David Paul Gundlach, on November 22nd (pictured on the left). And congratulations to Nate and Heather Steffens and their daughters Elle and Shea, who welcomed Charles Asher Steffens on December 22nd (pictured on the right).

Also congratulations to Jon and Ashley Pharris, Scott and Andrea Owen, Ryan and Jenn Zeulner, Marshall and Stacey Eddy and Tim and Heather Harold who also welcomed new babies into their families in 2010!

On Sundays our Prayer & Counseling Room -located on the north side of the Sanctuary- is available after each service for prayer, and there are people willing to pray with you after the service if you need. Join us this fall on Sunday mornings as our teaching pastor, Dave Gundlach will be starting a new series on the book of Ephesians in which Paul urges us “to live a life worthy of the calling (we) have received” Ephesians 4:1b. What is that calling? What blessings do we have in Christ? And how do we celebrate it and walk in it? Please join us each Sunday as we explore these truths together.

We will be studying chapters 1-3 in Ephesians starting Sunday September 12th, up until the Thanksgiving holiday. After the holidays we will pick up again in January to study chapters 4-6.

Once a quarter, our church gathers together in small groups at various homes for a time of dinner and fellowship. The next "Grace Home Dinners" event is this weekend, Saturday August 28th and Sunday August 29th. These potluck dinners are a great way to reach out to new people and to connect with others in our church community.

Join us on the patio after church on Sunday, August 1st for a special Mexican brunch and art auction. Artists and photographers have donated artwork to sell for the benefit of the poor in the Sunflower Colony in Tecate, Mexico where Graces serves several times a year.
