We have kicked off a new six-week study on some important people from the Old Testament. In this first lesson, we talked about Joshua and Caleb and their bold stand for God in Numbers 14. Through this lesson, we understand that we were called to live boldly, standing up for God and for what’s right, even if people around us are hostile to our message.

In a effort to communicate clearly about our ongoing facility renovation, we will be providing regular updates here on our Grace Blog. This is our first update.

Final design drawings and permitting are underway. Current schedules indicate that the Grace Renovation project will be starting around March 15th. Here is a quick overview of the improvements you'll be seeing over the ensuing months:
Hey OVERFLOW! This weekend was unusual, with a joint HS & JH OVERFLOW Sunday service where OVERFLOW Leader, Mark Shaffer, taught on The FUN-Damentals of reading the Bible, prayer, togetherness, & testimonies; while the majority of the JH crew was in BIG Bear on their big Winter Ski Retreat!

Life in our sexualized culture is fraught with temptations and destructive messages. In this environment, every one of us needs to be encouraged and equipped with biblical understanding and practical tools to pursue purity and lead others in that pursuit.
On Sunday, March 18 at 4pm, Grace will be hosting a Pure Hope parenting event. Pure Hope is a national organization dedicated to providing Christian solutions in a sexualized culture (www.purehope.net).
This event is perfect for parents and grandparents who want to understand the specific challenges our children face in today’s sexualized and technology-driven culture and who want practical tools for shepherding our children in the area of sexual purity.
At 4pm, Dan Martin will lead a conversation with parents and grandparents in the sanctuary. At the same time, Noel Bouche will lead a conversation with our High School and Junior High students in the Overflow building.
Click here to Register. Cost is free, but we will be taking a freewill offering at the event to support the ministry of Pure Hope.
